Would you like to receive your notices by email?
When you create an account, you will:
- receive an email when a new notice is available to view
- You can add your properties, animal renewals and invoice statement notices, update your profile, and add a secondary email address
- view your current and past notices at any time.
Click on the Create Your Account button, then follow the prompts to set up your account. Once your account is created, you can log in to the portal anytime to view your notices.
- After creating your login, you'll need a previous rates notice, animal renewal notice, or invoice statement notice to verify your details. If you don't have any of these documents, please contact us at 03 9249 4000.
Note: If you have previously set up an eNotice account, you will need to set up a new account in our new system.
